US President Donald Trump and North Korea’s leader Kim Jong-Un will meet for the first time since the Korean War. Both the leaders will meet at 9 am (local time) on the resort island of Sentosa in Singapore. The meeting aims at complete dismantling of North Korea’s nuclear programme.

Rahul Gandhi to appear before a Mumbai court today for hearing in a defamation case filed by the RSS. The Congress chief alleged that RSS was behind killing of Mahatma Gandhi during a campaign in 2014. Following the hearing, Gandhi will meet the party’s booth level workers.

The Enforcement Directorate has summoned P Chidambaram in Aircel-Maxis case. The former finance minister will be quizzed for the second time in the money laundering case. Earlier, Chidambaram was questioned on June 5 under the PMLA Act.

The House of Commons will decide today whether to retain or reject the 15 amendments mady by the House of Lords to a landmark Brexit bill. One of the main changes include whether Britain should leave the European Union’s single market and customs union.
